This is an app called LCARS. There’s actually one called Captain’s Blog which I’d been waiting to be released for ages and is out now. I highly recommend them both.

What an awesome theme! While I have not gone the way of the pad yet, I still love the thought that it could be looking like the “Future” today.

Star Trek PADDs apparently only use isolinear chips for data storage – they otherwise use what looks like a regular 20th or 21st century circuit board. http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/File:Insidepadd.jpg
